Hemingford Grey Neighbourhood Plan - Latest Updates

The latest updates to the Hemingford Grey Neighbourhood Plan are now available to view by going to the Neighbourhood Plan page on the Parish website (Planning/Neighbourhood Plan).

This includes three documents; Policy Context, Demographic and Socio-Economic Review and a summary of progress in the August Update.

Hemingford Hub's key volunteers have stepped up.

The Hemingford Hub has more than 140 volunteers helping in excess of 260 residents across the villages of Hemingford Grey and Hemingford Abbots.

Sport England Funding to Help Local Clubs and Community Associations.

We know there are many sport clubs and community associations in both Cambridgeshire and Peterborough that are worried about funding during the Covid-19 outbreak. Sports England has just announced it will be launching a £20million Community Emergency Fund. Grants of between £300 and £10,000 are available for grass roots organisations to bid for. Derek Clifton Admitted to Hospice

Derek Clifton Admitted to Hospice

Derek Clifton, a long serving member of the Parish Council, is currently in a hospice after being taken into Hinchingbrooke Hospital earlier this week. His back pain is acute but it is hoped that this will be reduced and that he will be able to come home in the next couple of weeks.
