This meeting is open to all parishioners who may by law discuss all parish matters, ask questions, put forward views and pass resolutions at the meeting.

Hemingford Art Club Spring Exhibition at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall PE29 9AN on Saturday 11th. and Sunday 12th of May. 10.00 am - 4.30 pm on both days.
Paintings in various mediums - framed and unframed, also handmade original cards. Excellent refreshments available, toilet facs. and wheelchair access.

All proceeds go to Hemingford grey Primary School to purchase children's gardening equipment to provide a more interactive approach to the children's weekly gardening activities supported by HGGS.

Hemingford Grey Housing Need Survey
A short presentation of the Housing Need Survey, commissioned by HGPC in 2018, will be given at the Parish Council meeting on Monday 8th April, 7.30 pm in the Reading Room, High Street, by Cambridge Acre who conducted the survey. Representatives from Cambridge ACRE, Accent Housing and HDC Housing Department will be present and local residents are welcome to attend and put questions.

In 2018 HGPC commissioned a Housing Need Survey for the Parish.
The report received earlier this year identified 12 households in need of affordable housing within the Parish. Information was also obtained on the need for particular types of market housing within the parish.
