The villages of Hemingford Abbots and Grey are coming together for a new decluttering event... a 'Front Garden Jumble Trail' or as we like to call it 'Yard Trail'. The Parish Council would like to apologise for allowing the dog and general waste bins to overflow into and after the May Bank Holiday weekend. This resulted from a misunderstanding with regard to holiday dates and the usual cover arrangements therefore unfortunately didn't take place. There will be contractors carrying out revetment works at Hemingford Regatta Field between grid references TL2890970754 and TL2875670847 from 3rd to 18th June. Contractors will be working from the river bank, moving along the bank in sections of approximately 20-30m at a time.
Navigation in this area will not be affected but please proceed with caution.
