Huntingdon District Council are supporting East Anglia's Children's Hospice again this year who will be collecting real Christmas trees for recycling on Saturday 15th January 2022.

Christmas and New Year Waste Collection Arrangements 2021/22
During the Christmas and New Year period waste collection days will change which can be seen in the table below (click on PDF document link). Unfortunately there are four weeks of disruptions which start the week before Christmas.

Covid in Cambridgeshire Update
Local leaders have welcomed the announcement that, following an approach from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Councils, the Government has agreed that both areas will become an Enhanced Response Area for tackling the Covid pandemic from Monday 1st November.

Employees can win a £50 Amazon voucher if they take part in Cambridgeshire County Council’s annual travel to work survey
The survey helps Smart Journeys (a project co-led by the council which supports the delivery of sustainable travel) understand how residents across the county are travelling to work and how many days they are now working from home in a post-pandemic environment.
