Roadworks A14 westbound junctions 21 - 24

We plan to carry out bridge joint maintenance, resurfacing, drainage work and white lining on the A14 eastbound between junctions 21 and 24. Once complete, drivers will benefit from a safer, smoother and better-defined road surface.

We plan to complete this work over five nights starting Monday 17 November to. We will work between 8pm and 6am, weather permitting.

Closures and diversions
To carry out the work safely, we will need to close the A14 between junctions 21 and 24 and divert traffic as follows:

Westbound diversion:
Drivers should leave the A14 at junction 24 and take the third exit onto the bridge
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A1307 westbound/northbound
At Godmanchester, take the exit slip and at the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A1198
Continue on the A1198 until Caxton Gibbet roundabout
At Caxton Gibbet, take the third exit onto the A428
Follow the A428 until Wyboston and join the A1 northbound
The diversion ends at Brampton Hut
