Hemingford Grey Parish Council announce Small Grants for local organisations to help celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

What is the HGPC Small Grant?
The Small Grant (max £50 per bid) is funded by the Parish Council for use by local organisations serving the residents of Hemingford Grey to help celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Who can apply?
Any organisation that wants to hold a Jubilee event/activity within the parish which will be free of charge and for all residents. Your event can take place outside of the Jubilee weekend but must be held within the year.

What should I do?
Any organisation or groups interested in applying for a grant should contact The Parish Clerk Mrs Gail Stoehr:

with full details on the planned event/activity, how you intend to use the grant, in what way your organisation serves the residents of Hemingford Grey and their proposed involvement in your event.

When is the Deadline?
April 4th 2022 – applications will be considered at the Parish Council Committee meeting to be held April 11th. Any applications submitted on or before March 7h will be considered at the March Parish Council Committee.
